  1. Schedule time to cuddle
  2. Hold hands when your walking
  3. Sit close while watching TV
  4. Smile
  5. Give a pat on the back for encouragement
  6. Give your partner a shoulder to cry on
  7. Give your partner a massage
  8. Mindful touch (touching w/o sex)
  9. Sex
  10. Kiss goodbye and hello

Sometimes these non-verbal behaviors break down barriers and make partners feel safe enough to share some genuine feelings and thoughts.
