Time for Family Showing Love And Romantic HomeThe holidays are a stressful time for most people. It’s understandable. So many tasks to accomplish! With working and childcare there seems to be even less time and exhaustion is usually a result.

Here are some things you can try to de-stress yourself and enjoy the coming holidays:

  1. Make a list! The world is flying around you until you get it down on paper.
  2. Start knocking off items in an organized fashion.
  3. Remind yourself what the holidays are really about, family and love.
  4. Take a minute and ask yourself what is stressing you out? Then make a plan that makes you feel better!
  5. Delegate- ask others to help.
  6. When you are out shopping make sure to buy yourself  gift!
  7. Find your sense of humor!!

The actual holiday will be wonderful and all your efforts will be appreciated.
