Here are some things you can try to de-stress yourself and enjoy the coming holidays:
- Make a list! The world is flying around you until you get it down on paper.
- Start knocking off items in an organized fashion.
- Remind yourself what the holidays are really about, family and love.
- Take a minute and ask yourself what is stressing you out? Then make a plan that makes you feel better!
- Delegate- ask others to help.
- When you are out shopping make sure to buy yourself gift!
- Find your sense of humor!!
The actual holiday will be wonderful and all your efforts will be appreciated.
